- Themes Browse all 8 themes — recall, loose-leash, settle, focus and the rest. Each row shows how many tips you've covered. Tap ★ on a theme to focus the rotation on just that one (or several).
- History Every tip you've seen, grouped by day. Tap any past tip to re-read it without affecting the rotation.
All progress lives on this device. Add to your home screen for a one-tap install — the app works offline, so it's there even when signal isn't.
